Thanksgiving weekend started out with a good deed.  We headed over to Amy's and surprised her by raking her leaves for her.

Grandpa came to supervise too.

After raking leaves, we headed to the movies.  Evie saw this and had to take a pic with Wonder Woman.

But we went and saw Coco and it was awesome!  The kids loved it, even Evie who didn't want to see it because there were no princesses in it.

On Thanksgiving, we went to my mom and dad's house like usual.  Dad was busy chugging the sparkling cider.

After we ate, we started the tradition of going to Bass Pro Shop to see Santa.  It's like a hidden gem because no one is there on thanksgiving Day!  Sure enough, we walked right up to Santa.

He was so great and spent some time asking the kids if they were good and asked them what they wanted for Christmas.  Evie said she wanted a new American dolly.  Gracie wanted Shopkins and Bub wanted a Nerf gun.

Since hardly anyone was there, we had most of the place to ourselves.  The kids got to play the games. First they tried the bow and arrows.

Then we tried the shooting range.

Then we took pics because it's so pretty there.

Then we went and made the craft.  They have a different craft every week.  This week is was these cute little snowman bags.

They turned out great.

Then we rode the merry-go-round.

Then we walked around the store and checked out the fish.

Since Bub has been into fishing this past summer, he knew the names of some of the fish.  He was pointing them out to us.

We stopped by the bear.
Then the kids had fun playing with the blocks.

Then we had to play the games a few more times.

It was the perfect day.  So much to be thankful for!
