Santa's Village!

So my girlfriends and I decided to do a summer adventure every week. Last week it was Santa's Village! It was my favorite place as a kid and now my kids get to experience it!

 

We picked a great day because it was day that called for a chance of rain so no one was there and we walked on every ride.  Sometimes we didn't even get off the rides, they just let us go again.  The kids had fun flying planes.

 

Then we had to go on the roller coaster.  My girls loved this ride!  I had to ride with Evie as she loved it so much!

 

Scotty and Gracie rode in the front.

 

We rode some more cars and planes.

 

And these crazy kids went on the Tilt-a-Whirl.  

 

We also rode the fire truck.

 

And we get to pretend we were firefighters by putting out a fire.

 

Then we drove some more cars.  Scotty thought he was hot stuff.

 

We went in the fun house.

 

And a new attraction this year....bumper cars!

 

We stopped for a bit to eat some lunch.

 

Then it was time to drive some semis.  That's a big 10-4!

 

The "big" kids (aka Scotty and Gracie) rode the hot air balloons.  As Jessica said, this pic is going in their wedding album.  I should tell you that Gracie recently told my mom that Scotty is her boyfriend.

 

We found more cars to drive.

 

And some boats.

 

We went down this slide which I totally have pics of me going down this as a kid.

 

We rode in Santa's sleigh.

 

We saw some animals.

 

And even went on pony rides.

 

And believe it or not....we actually saw a Minion!

 

And we even saw Santa himself!  He was great!  He asked the kids if they have been good and thanked them for the cookies we left last Christmas.

 

He even showed us his map and told us how he flys around the world on Christmas Eve.

 

By then we had rode everything so it was time to go back and ride everything again.

 

Our last stop ended with some ice cream.

It was a great day and I can't wait for our next adventure!
